Last month NZ government has stealthy launched their filtering system. From now on, New Zealand Internet users are in good hands.
Sad.

Member of the Czech Presidency team negotiating on the the Telecoms Package is going to a job with AT&T. His new job title will be External Affairs Director. Based in Prague, he will be responsible for the region of Central and East Europe, Germany and Russia.

Excuse my skepticism, but whenever there is a “market regulation” law popping out in a parliament, I always start from finding who benefits from it. And usually there is always an industry or corporation behind it which is lobbying for the new law. I don’t think it has to do something with global conspiracy but rather an obvious and logical thing.
