tip: new compiz, kde-window-decorator

upgraded to 7.0, emerald is not working anymore, no decorations. switched to kde-window-decorator. white borders instead of shadows for menus, tooltips and panel. To solve it set the shadow radius in compiz settings for decorations plugin to 10. seems to affect only...
