Thanks to Otrina (I don’t read the tech news for about a month..), I have downloaded FP9, launched it under FF2 (32bit over 64)
www.flash.com causes it to freeze, but google videos as well as previously non-watchable metacafe ones are working. Good work Adobe and...

Really strange problem…
My Toshiba A100, xorg, ubuntu packaged. In KDM the touchpad works just great, then you login into KDE and at some point during the splashscreening the pointer freezes. You can get the pointer moving again by rmmod/modprobe psmouse, but it gives you a normal mouse, no taps no scrolls. At the end of digging around here is the xorg.conf that works (relevant parts):

It’ the third and the last day I am on BBF/VON, and I am very tired, having a good company of people hear and a lot of work, so I have to wake up at 7am and go to bed at 1am after a very intensive day.
